  1. what do you have on the radar for today (21)? i slept through it but my housemate said there were THOUSANDS of geese going over last night…biggest group he’s ever heard and he is convinced e are going to have a severe winter. alaska had their first snow a day or so ago.


    • Today — i’m still on vacation. My parent’s flight is early. I did a quick check and the weather has grounded most migrants in the region. Interestingly, i took them to Sauvie Island yesterday and spotted a Sabine’s Gull out over Sturgeon lake. A bird mostly associated with the ocean. Pretty cool.
