A stable high pressure system out in the Pacific will keep the winds out of the north, but they wont be terribly strong — 5 to 10 knots.  This is the predominant weather pattern this fall, and as such, migrants will continue to move steadily south, but not in waves.  With nothing to hold them up to accumulate to our north, it will just be a slow and steady stream.
So again last night we had moderate levels of birds moving through with returns mostly in the 5 to 15 dBZ range and getting up to 20 in spots off and on.  Not much else to say except i did hear my first large flock of GWF Geese overhead, quite a few flight calls and a couple of Barn Owls, one in Portland and one in Canby last night.
