The Friday night flight was dismally weak and Saturday’s was better but not heavy by any means.
Last night, with light but favorable winds, we saw moderate returns from the radar. Birds are still on the move in a steady flow but we have yet to see a heavy wave of migrants this season. There will be pockets of new migrants in the area but probably well dispersed.
The coast had a nice movement. Even RTX was picking up returns along the Oregon coast. These are high flyers that are probably not going to put down along our shores.
The Seattle ATX station shows again the heavy flight across the Straight from Vancouver Island so i put a snap shot of that in today’s post.
