Moderate flight across the region last night. Picked up a bit from yesterday but still only getting to the 10 – 20 dBZ range on the returns.
The high pressure system that has been parked off the coast (and providing this lovely September weather) is breaking down a bit. We may see a slight change in the weather over the next couple of days but nothing dramatic. Weather remains kind of neutral in favoring migration. Which may explain the lack of 30 dBZ night flights.
Anyway, i’ll be off for the weekend again — next report should be Monday.
