Migration continues apace at moderate levels. Until the ducks and geese start to show up in appreciable numbers the radar returns will stay in the 15 to 20 dBZ area.
The high pressure system remains off-shore and favorable north winds continue. The winds are stronger along the coast than inland where they become a bit variable at the surface. Weather conditions will remain on the migrant’s side as long as that high pressure ridge continues to the west.
